Why switch?
Comodo's security business, Comodo Security Solutions, continued under the name Xcitium. The auto-containment Comodo was known for has evolved into ZeroDwell and has been extended with EDR, XDR and a 24/7 SOC. The management platform you may know as ITarian belongs to Xcitium. If you are still running older Comodo or ITarian environments, you miss out on the additions of recent years and often no longer have a local point of contact in the Netherlands or Belgium.

We map which Comodo or ITarian products you use, on how many devices and when the licences expire.

Demo environment
You get an environment with the current Xcitium platform to discover what is new.

Pilot
We first move one customer, department or group of devices and test against criteria agreed in advance.

Move over
Xcitium helps with the rollout. Where possible we use your existing management environment to install the new agent.

Wrap up
Once everything has moved, we clean up old components and your licences run through Spiredesk from then on.

That depends on the product and the term. Send us an overview and we will find out and discuss the options at renewal.
Do we have to reinstall everything?
That depends on the version you use. During the inventory we look at what can stay and what needs replacing.
Is Xcitium the same company as Comodo?
Xcitium emerged from Comodo Security Solutions. The former certificate authority Comodo CA is a separate company, now called Sectigo.
